The Company SOHARD EMBEDDED SYSTEMS GmbH takes the protection of your data seriously. We want to give you information about time and what kind of your data we store and how we use it. As a company under private law we are bound under the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Act for Telemedia Services (TMG). We have taken technical and organizational action to ensure that the data protection regulations will be observed by us and by an external service provider as well.

Personal Data

Personal data are information which can be used to identify our clients, i.e. recording of personal date like your name and address, ZIP code , phone number. Other information like favorite websites visited or the number of visitors on a single site do not refer to the before said . In principle, you can use our online service without disclosure of your personal data. If you decide to register for one of our personalized services, in order to purchase online a product or to take out a subscription, then we ask you for your name and other personal information. But at least, it is your own choice to enter and forward your data. We store your information on a particular secured server in Germany. Only a few persons from technical-, commercial- and editorial support are authorized for access on this server. When you visit our website, then your data are stored on our server for security reasons, i.e. IP-address, date, time and visited sites. We do not use personalized data for any data analyze. But anonymized data records are subject to statistical evaluation. IP-Address data are stored within a period of max. 28 days, but also stored for security reasons, i.e. to assure stability and safety of our system.

Transfer of personal data to third party

SOHARD EMBEDDED SYSTEMS GmbH will use your personal data only to fulfill their own business purposes, i.e. when you order products online we will transfer your data to third party, but only in case you have expressly consented to. If it is necessary, within the scope of processing an order, to transfer your data to a service provider, then these service provider is also bound under the BDSG, other legal regulations and contractual bound under the Privacy Policy of the SOHARD EMBEDDED SYSTEMS GmbH. So far as we are legally bound or obligated by judicial decree, then we will transfer your personal data to these sites entitled to receive information.

Right of cancelation

If you have authorized us for use of your personal data, you can cancel your consent at any time, except of settlement and accounting data which are not subject to the right of cancelation. In our Online Shop you can close your user account by clicking “My Account”
