The following return policy shall apply for all consumers as defined in Article 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB):

As long as you are placing your order as a consumer, you are entitled to cancel this contract within a period of one month without given reason by sending a written notice, e.g. letter, facsimile or email, or by return the goods. The cooling-off period shall commence, at the earliest, upon receipt of this instruction but not before the goods have been arrived. To meet the cooling-off period, timely notice of cancelation or return of goods suffice. Please, address your cancelation to:

In case of a justified cancelation, both parties shall be obligated to make restitution of all performances received and to refund all advantages resulting from it, e.g. interests. If it is impossible to return received goods in whole or can do it only in part or in an impaired condition, then SOHARD shall be entitled to claim compensation for the loss in value. This shall not apply if the impairment of the goods is exclusively attributed to the examination of the goods – such as may occur in a retail store. Incidentally, the consumer can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not placing the goods into use as the consumer’s own property and by refraining from any activity that impairs the good’s value. Goods that can be mailed by post parcel are to be shipped back. The consumer shall bear the costs for returning the goods, if the received goods are the goods ordered and if the price of the good to be shipped back does not exceed 40 euros. Or when the price exceed the amount of 40 euros on the day of cancelation notice was given and a service in return, or a stipulated prepayment has been made not yet. Otherwise, the consumer shall bear no costs for the return. Goods that cannot be mailed by post parcel shall be picked up by us. The buyer must meet obligations on the reimbursement of payments within 30 days after mailing of his cancelation notice.

The right of cancelation shall not apply with contracts as follows:
- for supplies of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned;
-for supplies of audio or video recordings (e.g. CDs or DVDs) or computer software if they are unsealed by the consumer;
-for supplies of newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
